Ask your business question on WhatsApp
Send me your question about the business. I read every message myself and reply personally. I'm a business coach and mentor who ACTUALLY owns businesses.
- 1Answer a few quick questions. Then the chat opens with my business number.
- 2Tell me about the business and the question. Type it or send a voice note.
- 3I reply personally. Me, not an assistant.
First, a quick check that you're a real person and have owned your business for over a year.
Check and message me on WhatsAppStrictly private. Your answers stay on your device. The only thing that leaves it is the WhatsApp message, and you see that before you send it. The only details we hold are your name and email.
For owners of established businesses from about £250k turnover, scaling to £1m and on to £20m.

What to send
Three things help me give you a straight answer
What your business does
One line is enough: what you sell, roughly what you turn over, how many people work in it.
The question
The one thing you most want an answer to. Pricing, cash flow, hiring, paying yourself, getting out of the day-to-day, selling the business.
Numbers, if you have them
Round figures are fine. If you have used one of the free tools, you can type in what it showed you.
Not sure what the question is yet? Run your numbers through one of the free tools first, or take the business health check.
Questions
Before you message
Why the questions first?
So I know you’re a real person who owns an established business. It takes under a minute, and your answers go into the WhatsApp message so you can see exactly what I get.
Who reads the messages?
Me, Dr Lewis Haydon. Not an assistant or a bot.
Does it cost anything?
No. All I ask is a referral one day, if it helped.
Can I send a voice note?
Yes. Plenty of owners find it quicker to talk it through.
Will I hear from you again?
Yes. Once you message, you’ll get my emails for owners and a weekly WhatsApp message with something useful for your business. Leave either any time: unsubscribe from the email, or reply STOP on WhatsApp.
Who is it for?
Owners of established businesses from about £250k turnover, scaling to £1m and on to £20m.
I would rather talk it through.
Book a virtual coffee instead: 30 minutes on Zoom, your question, your business.
